Goldie offers a range of customization options including uploading your own images, adding and customizing text, choosing specific fabric colors, pattern selection and size variations. You can mix and match these elements to create an Ottoman that complements your personal taste and existing decor.

Since each Ottoman order is custom made by hand, the production time may vary depending on the design and customization selected. On average it takes approximately 2-3 weeks for your customized Ottoman to be manufactured and shipped out to you. Please note that shipping delivery times will vary depending on your location but most are received in 3-5 days max from date of shipment. Every order will be updated with a tracking number once your product has shipped. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Because the printed covers are printed to your creative design, the covers are not returnable unless the Goldie team made an error and shipped the wrong design for your order by mistake or if there was a defect in the printing process due to manufacturing.

We are not able to accept returns or apply refunds where the issue is related to the quality of the image uploaded by you the designer. If you somehow received the wrong design, please contact our customer service team at hello@goldiejustright.com  immediately and we will expedite the correct cover to you. 

If you ordered a ready-to-order “Goldie Collection” design directly from our Website and the Goldie Collection Product has not been used and is in resalable condition, please feel free to return it to us within 30 days of date of delivery for a refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling costs. Please contact our customer service team at hello@goldiejustright.com and we will be happy to send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) and a prepaid return label before shipping your product. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.

You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. A 15% restock fee may be applied.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product that it is in unused and saleable condition, eligible product refunds are processed within 30 business days of our receipt of your returned Goldie Product. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Website.

Goldie uses a durable fabric that is stain-resistant and easy to clean. We recommend spot cleaning:

1. Wipe away any excess mess with a dry, clean towel.

2. Create a cleaning solution by mixing 1/4 teaspoon enzyme laundry or dish detergent and 1 cup of warm water.

3. Apply to spot and agitate with a soft bristle brush.

4. Blot with a clean towel and rinse. Repeat if necessary.
